I actually asked Steve earlier about the situation, because i would be uncomfortable with the ship if they truly viewed one another as siblings. and I got a response from him a while ago, saying that it was up to the fans how they wanted sal and larry to be relationship wise.
So basically if you want them to be siblings, then it’s fine, but if you want them to be lovers (and not siblings), that’s fine too. no one is in the wrong and we can all have our personal preference.
