good morning everyone my pig stole a box of top ramen out of the pantry, ate 11 bags, then laid in the noodley carnage how are you all doing
omg i am getting a ton of comments and messages worrying if he’s okay so here’s an update:
he is totally fine! he tears the plastic open and ate only the noodles, didn’t touch the flavor packets either. then he slept it off all day. he actually went to the vet on monday for a check up and they said he is very healthy, just a little fat (150 pounds!)

i believe i wrote this on a research article that found people are untrusting of asexual people and that they were more likely to not take people in as room mates if they discovered they were asexual and that a good portion of people would literally deny someone housing for being asexual
as in deny people housing because they aren’t interested in sex
i believe American cultural (and a lot of western cultures in general) are heavily obsessed with sex and sexuality and that someone who lacks a desire for it completely breaks away from that.
and because of that obsession we’d rather see asexual people homeless because we’re so wrapped up with fucking that the existence of people who don’t care about it apparently drives non-asexual people mad

Even if the paper doesn’t exist, I bet you could make a case study on craigslist with that idea. The number of times potential roommates from there who cut off conversation after the fifth “no dude, I’m not gonna touch your junk as part of the rent” is pretty staggering.
Because non-asexuals are totally okay with being expected to pay rent with sex? Because you have to be asexual to not want to be solicited by creepers on Craigslist? This is somehow unique to or even mostly targeted at asexuals? What on earth is this post
