Based on @eckcro-art ‘s au with Sovereign!Dean. Not sure of the exact story behind their’s, but it interests me to think of Dean living his whole life with the knowledge that he’s next in line for the position of sovereign and being groomed for the role. And man, do I like the idea of Dean being a slightly arrogant little rich boy. Maybe Brock, or someone else (a guild advisor/representative, maybe) is always trying to put him in his place and bring him back to earth.
TBH It’s a think and like I’m not going to set myself up on it for the next ??? years till the next season but I think Dean slept with Sirena to “prove” to himself he wasn’t gay or had feelings with Jared (he mentioned him in his little rant), which obviously didn’t work, and I think Dean is dealing with internalized homophobia. I just hope they take this path maybe and not some dumb bullshit.
Season 7 may almost be here and destroy any hope I have for Dean to finally be gay and involved in a relationship, but they will never take away MY truth
