When Strickler and Jim fight at dinner and Walter says “And you look to Blinky as your surrogate father.” I really really wanted Jim to say “You’re wrong.”
As they’re fighting and at first Walter is kinda smug “What am I wrong about Young Atlas?” Jim takes another swing at him.
“Blinky- he wasn’t my surrogate father” *grunt and another swing* “You where.”
And Walter falters for a second but quickly recovers and knocks Jim back and just as he’s about to throw another dagger he realizes that Jim is crying.
The first time I saw this I burst out into laughter. One because Bular doesn’t seem to be the kind of character who would let someone shove him away. And second because Bular IS SO HUGE and it looks just so funny how the lanky Strickler shoves this giant to the side. xD
